Adam Salomon’s journey began in the vibrant Scandinavian music scene, where he nurtured talents like Miriam Bryant, NEIKED, Salvatore Ganacci, Seeb, Otto Knows, and A7S. Thriving across management, publishing, and records, he's held senior positions at both independent and Major music companies.

Currently, Adam serves as the Head of A&R and a Senior Manager at Chosen Music in London. In this capacity, he guides the careers of SOLOMON (Darco/Parlophone/300Ent) and NEIKED (Atlantic US). Adam also lends his creative expertise to a diverse roster, collaborating with seasoned hitmakers like Saltwives (Zayn, Sia, Miguel, Black Pink) and emerging talents like Caity Baser. His dynamic leadership continues to shape the music industry.

“As a teenager, I got my dream job working in a record shop and I haven’t looked back. 25 years’ experience in the music industry, with a focus on synchronisation. I founded Stoddart Music in January 2018 and we represent artists, songwriters, labels & publishers for creative sync placement in Adverts, Film, TV, Trailers and Games. Prior experience including heading the Kobalt Music synch team, Sanctuary Records, Mautoglade and Acuff-Rose.
