EXCLUSIVE ARTIST DEVELOPMENT

Our Exclusive Artist Development Program is for independent and upcoming artists who want to build a portfolio of professionally produced music at the highest industry standard, ready for release. The program consists of production, recording, mixing and mastering, working towards creating an EP, album, or collection of singles with our music production team, the Sonic Crew. There is also an option to work with our team of songwriters to develop your songs or begin something new from scratch!

This programme benefits from our Musician’s Community made up of select musicians and artists who visit our studios regularly. These benefits include support from our A&R, social media exposure promoting your released music, exclusive studio offers, opportunities to be involved with gigs, networking events and industry panels, and plenty of advice and guidance from our team and contacts with years of experience in the music industry. As part of the program, we collaborate with companies such as Soho House, Sony, Universal, Notting Hill Music and many others.

This program is exclusively for artists we believe in and see their potential.
Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely not! We have a team of about 20 producers, engineers and songwriters of all different styles. We always put the best team around you depending on your style and requirements!

Although we like to meet you first in the studio, this is not an audition, but just a way for us to see if we’re a good match and see your current skills in singing and songwriting.

The programme payments are broken down into bespoke monthly instalments which can be determined by your budget, how many songs you want to do, and how long you want to be on the programme.

Definitely not! We work with artists of all ages. The important thing is that you take it seriously and you work hard in your sessions. If you are a minor, we ask that you bring a parent or guardian with you to your sessions.

We can be flexible with session bookings. Normally we book them during our off-peak times (e.g. evenings and weekends). This usually works quite well for those who have a full time job or study.

Although we can give you advice from our decades of experience in the industry, we are not a management company or a label. We do, however, run industry events where you can gain amazing advice and connections. Check out our Sonically page to find out more about them!

We are aware that this is a very sensitive matter for independent artists. We strive for complete transparency in every project we do and always give clarity on our proposals about all of the rights and royalties (e.g. ownership, song share agreement, production points). We work closely with the MU and PRS to ensure we are always fair with musicians. We are musicians ourselves, so the artists are always the priority!

We are mainly focused on the production and recording of the music. However, we are always looking for more opportunities for the artists we develop. This is something that can be discussed in more detail in a meeting.
